This is more to the customer service but also pertains to the product. Great customer service here! There was a bit of a issue with a color of wire I ordered but they called me and we worked it out. The wire is amazing and the heat shrink is too. They even threw a little something in with my order because of the wire color issue! Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable people here. I have ordered a few times from their site and I am for sure going to be ordering from here anytime I need more car audio toys!

Very happy with my overall purchase from sky high car audio! Originally my order had a mistake but I did contact them and they were very quick to handle it! Wire is all very nice minus the words rubbing off on 1 of the power wires I had got but it’s not a big deal! I have purchased probably close to 500 of these over the years and Ive never had any issues with them. They provide a solid seal and the material is fairly thick compared to others Ive used in the past. Love the ratio of shrinkage.
