Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within about 3 business days (stock depending). Please allow for more time for those that are either back-ordered or that need to be pre-ordered. Dates should be noted on the individual product page so please keep track of that.

 

 

Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is at your expense. We do have a 15% restocking fee on any items that are being returned. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us at sales@skyhighcaraudio.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

*Please note that orders placed using any financing option are not eligible for returns or refunds. All sales made through financing are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.


Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, our system will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. After you have placed your order, you should receive an email order confirmation, and then another email confirmation with the shipment details, including the tracking number for your package(s). If you have any questions or concerns after your package has left our facility, please feel free to contact the designated carrier directly. Please have your tracking number available.

Please note the shipping rates for many items are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please allow up to 10 business days depending on location to receive your package after it has shipped. This time accounts for location and any delays that might occur. In most cases, this wait time is drastically decreased.

We do offer a 2 day shipping method for $14.99 (excludes amps, subwoofers, batteries, alternators, and subwoofer enclosures). This method does not expedite the processing of your order but will be shipped using a 2 day shipping method. 

 

Free Shipping: Sky High Car Audio ships throughout the United States, including APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Marianas Islands, and Palau. Some items that ship from the manufacturer can only be delivered to addresses within the 48 continental states.


Most small orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories mentioned above, may ship for free, however, exclusions may apply to larger/heavier orders and may include our standard shipping rates. Allow extra time for delivery. Rates are based on the package weight, destination, and shipping method. Large or heavy items may require freight shipping which is available to most physical addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Restrictions may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

How Much Does It Cost?

Route protection is 3% of your order total, or $2.15 if your order is under $100.

How to File a Claim:

  1. Go to claims.route.com

  2. Enter your email or Route Order ID.

  3. Choose your issue: lost, stolen, or damaged.

  4. Upload photos if applicable and submit.

  5. Most claims are reviewed and resolved within 1–2 business days.

Can I Cancel Route Protection?

Route protection is non-refundable once added to your order.

If Route protection is declined at checkout, Sky High Car Audio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages beyond what the shipping carrier covers.
