Our products have the reputation of taking some of the most abuse in the industry for its given power rating, but to ensure the longevity using the right air space and scoping for a clean signal will be sure to have a lasting daily resilient subwoofer.
Suggested Healthy spec range.
Rule of thumb lean towards smaller enclousre if clamping @ or more than conservative power. Lean towards bigger enclosure clamping below conservative power

My rs 18 )in platinums
Not even broken in yet and these subs puts all my past subs to shame. These things take abuse and beg for more. I've got the d2's wired to .5ohm and I'm not even turning it up more than ¾ of volume and ½ bass knob. Great job

Low note monster
Ive had this subwoofer installed and playing for about a month now. Its being powered by a B2 Audio 2500.1 V2 and is absolutely loving it. My box is 6 cubes tuned between 28hz and 29hz with 87sq in of port and it pounds out 25-50hz with so much authority. The sub came in at 64 pounds on my scale. Its a beast and it performs phenomenally, especially on that low end. It absolutely slams. Ive run dd audio as well as dc audio and I absolutely love the way that this 18 is performing. 10/10 recommend
