Great, but heavy fumes
Used this resin for a sub enclosure in the storage tubs under the seat of a Ram 1500. It is thinner than Bondo resin so absorbs into the fiberglass pretty easy, but the odor and fumes put off by it are just as bad if not worse. Good ventilation is a must, left me coughing and gagging even WITH a carbon canister respirator.
I took off a star cause of the fumes, it's advertised as "low odor" on some websites... nah, it's a polyester resin just like any other brand. In fact, it bonds to Bondo brand resin if you have a piece already made and cured, the sunflash will bond to it perfectly. But this stuff is by no means "low odor".
Also I was able to get it to cure really well with black light lightbulbs, just a pack of bulbs I had from a halloween decoration. I checked them, they were rated at 385 NM wavelength, I had 4 bulbs each 13 watts, and it cured in about 3-7 minutes. Gets very hot to the touch as it cures just like 2 part resins do too.
